Email enquiries
You can email hello@nakhlana.com. We receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include, and use them to respond and follow up on your enquiry. Our business email is hosted by Google Workspace.
WhatsApp enquiries
You can contact Nakhlana through the WhatsApp links on this website. Opening a link opens WhatsApp; you decide whether to send a message. When you send a message, we receive your phone number, your message, and any profile information you make visible on WhatsApp.
Why you hear from us
We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry and follow up on your request. Getting in touch does not create an investment application, reservation, or payment. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, or other sensitive information.
How the chat is handled
WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. This website does not receive or store your chat messages and does not include advertising pixels.
Interest form
Our bilingual Google Form asks for your name, email address, country of residence, preferred pathway and contact language, permission to follow up, and optional answers about how you heard about us and what you would like to know. Google Forms records your submission and its timestamp; responses are saved in a private Google Sheet accessible to Nakhlana. We use these details to respond and share relevant project information with your permission. Google processes the information through its services. Opening the form does not submit an enquiry.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, page language, device types, approximate location and clicks on our enquiry form, WhatsApp and email buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage information under Google’s privacy policy. Our contact-click events contain category labels, not contact addresses, phone numbers, message text or form answers. A click does not confirm that an enquiry was submitted. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tag. You can block analytics using your browser settings or an analytics-blocking extension.
Your choice
You can choose not to contact us. Use the email or WhatsApp contact below to request access, correction, or deletion of the information you have shared with Nakhlana, or ask us to stop contacting you.
